Customer service is great on the outside but once you get passed the roses this office is terrible. We have been dealing with Jeff Welborn and his office staff for the last year and a half with terrible accountability for their actions and poor agent knowledge of their own system. They have done everything from over bill, unable to get the drive safe program functioning properly for the first five months, billing monthly fees to a credit card that was used for a separate business account we had with them, charging us for drivers in our household that have their own insurance through them, agents that don't know how to properly do their job and a list of other problems we have had that I won't get into online. Overall we are very unsatisfied with this office and have taken our account to another agent in Longview which is an hour away. The extra drive to get better service is worth it to us. We spend over $7,000 a year with this company so I feel we better get good service and excellent management of our account. I would have given this agent no stars if able but they have to get some type of credit for being in business I guess .
